Such a casserole will help out when there is no strength, no time to cook complex dishes, but you need to eat tightly. All actions are reduced to a simple folding of the ingredients into a mold. And you don't even need to boil pasta. During baking, they will cook in a liquid filling and acquire a rich taste. You can use any sausage that is in the refrigerator: boiled, dry-cured, salami. The main taste of the casserole will depend on the chosen product, but one thing will remain unchanged - the dish will definitely turn out delicious!
Ingredients
Cooking process
We immediately grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. We recommend taking a glass or ceramic - a casserole in such a "frame" does not cool down for a long time and looks very attractive. Pour dry pasta into a mold. Peel the sausage and cut into short strips. We distribute it evenly over the pasta.
Break eggs into a separate bowl, add salt, black pepper and shake well with a fork. Pour in water and milk in the specified amount, mix. We wash the greens, dry them and chop finely with a knife. A combination of young green onions and dill, or basil and thyme, etc. is well suited. Pour a layer of greens on top of the dry pasta and sausage and pour over the egg-milk mixture.
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 gr. Place the casserole dish on a medium level and bake for forty minutes. After the specified time has elapsed, open the foil or lid and continue to bake for another ten minutes so that the surface is well browned. You can also turn on the grill for this purpose - the crust builds up faster. We take the finished casserole out of the oven, cut it into portions right in the mold and immediately serve it to the table. Perfect accompaniment - fresh vegetables and herbs.
Bon Appetit!
