Lazy pasties on kefir with minced meat

Chebureks are called lazy, because the hostess does not need to touch them with her hands, that is, knead the dough and sculpt chebureks. The dough for such pasties is kneaded on kefir and only to the consistency of sour cream. Minced meat is suitable for anyone, and it is important to distribute it on the dough in a thin layer. Chebureks are fried in a small amount of oil, over low heat and preferably under a lid. This recipe is also very quick.
