Lazy cabbage rolls from cauliflower and minced chicken fillet will not add extra pounds to you, they can be eaten in moderation without fear for the figure. Also, such products can be given to children without chicken allergy.

Boil water in a saucepan, add salt. Throw cauliflower into boiling water and blanch it for about 5 minutes. Cook rice until half cooked.

Finely chop the peeled carrots and onions and fry a little in oil.

Scroll chicken fillet and cabbage through a meat grinder or chop with a blender.

Fold cabbage, rice, onions with carrots and chicken into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, add an egg. To mix everything.

Separately mix the tomato paste, a little sugar, salt, black pepper. Add sour cream and 400 ml of warm water. Shake before combining.

Mix the minced meat well with your hands, you can lift it a couple of times and drop it with force into a bowl, so that it becomes more tender and airy. With wet hands, sculpt balls from cabbage mince that are the size of chicken eggs, put them in a baking dish.

Pour the prepared tomato sauce over the stuffed cabbage rolls so that it covers them. Bake, covering the form with foil, in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for about 40 minutes.
