Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 11
Cut the cabbage very finely. Then we shake it well with our hands. Salt, stir and let it brew a little.
step 2 out of 11
We cut the beef into as small pieces as possible, or pass it through a meat grinder.
step 3 out of 11
Then mix the chopped meat, cabbage and egg in a deep bowl. You can add salt and pepper to taste.
step 4 out of 11
Mix the blank for the stuffed cabbage with your hands. All food should be evenly distributed.
step 5 out of 11
We sculpt cabbage rolls in a shape similar to cutlets. Their size is at your discretion. But it is recommended to sculpt medium "cutlets". So they will bake well inside, but at the same time they will not dry out.
step 6 out of 11
We spread the cabbage rolls on a baking sheet. We put each one at a distance from each other so that the product does not merge into one mass. We send to the oven. We bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
step 7 out of 11
We clean the carrots and pass them through a coarse grater. Grind the bell pepper.
step 8 out of 11
We combine vegetables, ketchup, vegetable oil and water in one container. Mix it all until smooth.
step 9 out of 11
We take the cabbage rolls out of the oven, fill them with homemade gravy and put them in the oven again. The dish can be turned over during baking.
step 10 out of 11
After 50 minutes, beef cabbage rolls with delicious homemade gravy will be ready.
step 11 out of 11
Serve hot with vegetables or any other side dish that suits your taste. Bon Appetit!
