Lazy stuffed cabbage rolls like in kindergarten

Lazy cabbage rolls, which are prepared in kindergarten for children, turn out to be especially tasty and healthy. Not all children love healthy cabbage, but lazy cabbage rolls are eaten with great pleasure.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Rinse the rice well, take a pot of cold water, bring to a boil, salt, pour in the washed rice and boil it until half cooked. Drain through a sieve or colander.
step 2 out of 8
Wash the carrots well, peel, grate on a fine grater. Peel the onion and chop finely. Pour a drop of vegetable oil into a well-heated frying pan, put the prepared vegetables and fry until softened.
step 3 out of 8
Rinse white cabbage, dry and cut into small cubes. Pour boiling water over, leave in water for 5 minutes. Drain the liquid through a sieve.
step 4 out of 8
Rinse the pork well, dry with paper towels, cut into small pieces and mince together with the blanched cabbage. Add fried vegetables and rice to the resulting minced meat. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the minced meat thoroughly.
step 5 out of 8
Preheat the pan well. Form cutlets from the minced meat with your hands, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan.
step 6 out of 8
Prepare the sauce. Put sour cream in a metal bowl and pour tomato juice with pulp or canned tomatoes in their own juice. Season to taste. Mix well and bring the resulting mass to a boil.
step 7 out of 8
Put the fried lazy cabbage rolls in a baking dish, pour over the sauce and place in a preheated oven. Bake cabbage rolls for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
step 8 out of 8
Serve ready-made cabbage rolls in portions with a side dish or on your own.

Bon Appetit!
