Lazy cabbage rolls are great for their simple preparation. This delicious dish will serve as a great hearty lunch for the whole family.

Boil rice in salted water. This will take about 10 minutes.

Chop the onion, pass the carrots through a coarse grater.

Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry onions and carrots, stir constantly. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the white cabbage very finely. We do not use the stump.
