To make the cabbage softer and more pliable, you need to mash it with your hands or a mashed potato crush. After that, the cabbage will slightly decrease in volume and become more tender.

Pour three liters of water into a saucepan and put on the stove, bring to a boil. Dip chopped cabbage into boiling water and turn off the stove.

We soak the cabbage for three minutes in hot water and put it in a colander, let the liquid drain completely. After this procedure, the cabbage will become even softer and will be completely ready for introduction into the minced meat.

In a saucepan, bring half a liter of water to a boil and pour the washed rice into it. Cook the rice until tender for 20 minutes. Let the cereal cool completely.
