Lazy stuffed cabbage rolls

Pour 150 ml of water into a saucepan, bring to a boil. Salt slightly. Pour in the washed rice, let it boil. Cook over low heat, covered with a lid, 10 minutes. Transfer to a sieve and cool.

Peel and wash onions and carrots. Chop the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
