It is best to cook minced meat for stuffed cabbage on your own, but that's why these stuffed cabbage rolls are lazy, because here you can use good store-bought minced meat. It is desirable that it be a mixture of pork and chicken with the addition of a small amount of lard. Cabbage rolls are cooked from beginning to end in one pan, first fried and then stewed in a dressing of tomato paste and mayonnaise.

Wash the white cabbage, remove the top leaves if they are damaged. Finely chop the cabbage by hand or with a blender (the main thing is not to overdo it). Blanch the cabbage in boiling water until soft for about 2-3 minutes, then cool. Squeeze out excess liquid from the cabbage mass, transfer it to a container. Cook the rice until cooked in salted water, drain, cool. Transfer to cabbage.

Peel onions and carrots, wash. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan. Saute vegetables and mix with cabbage. Add minced meat, salt, egg and black pepper to the same bowl. Mix everything well with your hands.
