Lazy cabbage rolls with mushrooms

Cabbage rolls can be cooked without meat and will still be a very satisfying dish that can be served for lunch or dinner. You can replace meat with mushrooms.

Boil the rice until tender, drain the water and leave to cool.

Wash the cabbage, chop finely or grate. Transfer the cabbage to a saucepan, pour boiling water over it and leave it covered for 15-20 minutes.

Wash the champignons, dry and chop finely.

Peel the onion and cut into cubes.

Wash the carrots, peel and cut into thin strips.

Fry onions and carrots in a frying pan, then add mushrooms to them and salt.
