Lazy stuffed cabbage rolls

Many people like lazy cabbage rolls, but, unfortunately, they are not prepared so quickly. However, if instead of traditional white cabbage you add Peking cabbage to stuffed cabbage, things will go faster, and the taste of stuffed cabbage with Peking cabbage turns out to be much softer and more tender than usual.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Wash Chinese cabbage and chop finely.
step 2 out of 7
Boil rice in advance, add it to cabbage, as well as raw minced meat.
step 3 out of 7
Then you need to add a raw egg, onion, chopped very finely, and then you need to salt and pepper everything to taste and knead well.
step 4 out of 7
With hands dipped in cold water, shape the lazy cabbage rolls into identical cutlets. You can cook them both in a deep frying pan, in a cauldron, and in a multicooker bowl.
step 5 out of 7
Prepare the sauce for cabbage rolls like this: stir the tomato sauce and sour cream with garlic, salt and spices, dilute everything with half a glass of water and pour into a slow cooker or into another container with lazy cabbage rolls.
step 6 out of 7
Simmer the dish over low heat until tender, letting the sauce simmer over the fire harder first. If you cook cabbage rolls in a slow cooker, then select the "Stew" mode for 20 minutes, and then - the "Baking" mode for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the cabbage rolls with fresh herbs a couple of minutes before the end of cooking.
step 7 out of 7
Serve hot with sour cream.

Bon Appetit!
