We prepare all the necessary ingredients. Thinly chop the cabbage. We wash the rice until the water is transparent and boil until tender. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.

Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. In a frying pan, first fry the onion until golden brown, then add the carrots to it, simmer for 5 minutes.
