It is known that cabbage rolls are a dish that takes a long time to cook. To save time, housewives often turn to a recipe that requires less time and effort to prepare - lazy cabbage rolls. It is even easier to cook this dish in a pressure cooker, but it turns out very tasty.

Chop the cabbage, mash it with your hands so that it is soft. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, mix these 3 ingredients.

Rinse the rice several times until the water is transparent, pour it into a separate container. Add garlic pressed through a press, minced meat, spices and salt to the rice. Mix everything with your hands.

Roll small balls from minced meat with rice.

Lubricate the bottom of the multicooker with vegetable oil, put 1/3 of the cabbage mass, then the meat balls, then another 1/3 of the cabbage and again the meat balls. Close all remaining 1/3 of the cabbage.

Prepare the filling in a separate deep bowl: mix the cream, water and tomato paste and spices to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.
