Lazy cabbage rolls are a wonderful filling dish with ingredients you can experiment with. You can use both cabbage of various types, and make the filling more juicy and fatty, or vice versa, light and dietary. I propose a recipe for aromatic lazy cabbage rolls in sour cream and tomato sauce.

Wash the pork thoroughly and dry with paper towels, chop with a blender or pass through a meat grinder. Place in a deep bowl, add the prepared turkey mince. Drain the rice through a colander, send to the minced meat. Put vegetables in a bowl, mix thoroughly, salt and pepper. Form cutlets from the resulting mass.
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil. Lay out the cutlets. In a bowl, combine the tomato paste and sour cream, salt and pepper, mix thoroughly and pour over the lazy cabbage rolls. Preheat the oven well, place the pan with cabbage rolls and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve ready-made lazy cabbage rolls in sour cream-tomato sauce in portions.
