We wash the rice under water, put it in a saucepan, fill it with water 1: 2 and boil until cooked for 7-10 minutes. After that, remove from heat and let the rice cool down.

Remove the top leaves from the cabbage, rinse and shred the cabbage as thin as possible, then wrinkle it a little with your hands so that it is soft.

Peel the carrots, rinse and rub on a coarse grater. Peel the onion, rinse and cut into small cubes.
