Lazy cherry dumplings

Making dumplings with berry filling is very simple and quick, so this dish is ideal for breakfast. Delicate balls with a sweet and sour surprise inside are a great alternative to breakfast cereals and fried eggs. I propose to diversify the menu with a delicious curd delicacy.

If you are using frozen cherries, you must first defrost them at room temperature. If fresh, rinse thoroughly under running water, remove the tails and carefully remove the bones, trying not to damage the delicate pulp.

Grind low-fat cottage cheese with a chicken egg and add salt, granulated sugar, vanilla essence and sifted flour (it must be saturated with oxygen).

Knead well until smooth.

We tear off a small piece (the size can be guided by the walnut) and again form the balls.

Crush a little to get a small cake, put one cherry in the center.
