Lazy pilaf in a sleeve for baking in the oven

"Lazy" pilaf, cooked in a roasting sleeve, has a special taste and friability, and besides, the dish can be classified as dietary, since pilaf is prepared without frying meat with vegetables and without vegetable oil. Instead of traditional carrots and onions, you are encouraged to cook it with a mixture of frozen vegetables. It turns out very tasty and simple.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Rinse meat for pilaf (pork or chicken) with cold water, dry with a napkin and cut into small pieces.
step 2 out of 7
Rinse rice for pilaf several times with cold water. If your rice is steamed, then it is enough to rinse it once. Transfer the pieces of meat to a separate bowl, sprinkle them with salt and pilaf seasoning to your liking and mix well. Then transfer the washed rice to the meat.
step 3 out of 7
Then transfer the frozen vegetables to the meat and rice. Take a set of vegetables to your liking. This can be bell peppers, carrots, green beans, cauliflower, and others.
step 4 out of 7
Then add some frozen tomatoes to this mixture. Mix the meat with rice and vegetables. Pour a glass of water into this mixture and stir again.
step 5 out of 7
Then transfer the prepared mixture to a baking sleeve, tying one end tightly. Add a clove of garlic and some fresh herbs to the mixture in the sleeve. Tie the other end of the sleeve tightly and shake the mixture a little. Pierce the sleeve in several places to release hot steam.
step 6 out of 7
Bake lazy pilaf in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 40 minutes.
step 7 out of 7
Remove the cooked lazy pilaf from the oven and carefully cut the bag. Then gently stir the pilaf and serve.
Bon Appetit!
