Forest strawberries, grated with sugar

Wild strawberries, or wild strawberries, are not harvested in large quantities, only as a delicacy and medicine, because you cannot collect much of it. The best way to store this berry without losing its taste and useful properties is to freeze strawberries, grated with sugar. You don't need a lot of sugar, just for sweetness, otherwise the jam will be sour.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Recycle the harvested strawberries on the same day, because their quality decreases with each day of storage. Sort the berries carefully, removing small forest debris.
step 2 out of 5
Then transfer them to a sieve and rinse under running water without stirring with your hand. Put the washed berries on a paper towel and pat dry. Be sure to weigh the amount of strawberries and sugar.
step 3 out of 5
Pour the prepared strawberries into a blender bowl, sprinkle with sugar.
step 4 out of 5
Then beat the strawberries with sugar to make a liquid homogeneous puree. Pack the prepared puree in dry clean containers for freezing, close tightly and sign what is in the container and when it is prepared, otherwise you will forget it in winter. Immediately place the strawberries in the freezer.
step 5 out of 5
If you add honey to strawberries instead of sugar, you will get a very healthy and "live" jam.
Delicious and successful preparations!
