Lemon cake made according to the classic recipe turns out to be so fragrant and delicious that it is simply impossible to resist! After trying one bite, you want more and more! The cake has a pronounced lemon flavor, and the rest of the ingredients give it an interesting texture.

Mix the sifted wheat flour, baking powder and starch. You can use either potato or corn starch.

Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt in a separate bowl.

Rinse the lemons thoroughly, remove the zest with a fine grater.

Cut the lemons in half and squeeze out the juice. For a given amount of lemon juice and zest, you need about two lemons.
