First, prepare all the cupcake baking products. Prepare the lemon zest yourself or take a ready-made one. Take kefir with a small percentage of fat. You can substitute whole grain flour with corn or rice.

Sift flour into a bowl for kneading dough and add lemon zest and sweetener to it. Mix everything.

Then break eggs into flour, add kefir and knead the dough until smooth.
