Lemon muffin with strawberries in a slow cooker

Lemon strawberry muffin is a great dessert for family tea. This recipe describes how to make a muffin in a slow cooker. Lemon strawberry muffin turns out to be tender, moist in texture and very aromatic. Due to the simplicity of the recipe, such baked goods are suitable for both a novice cook and an experienced one.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Mix eggs with sugar, beat these ingredients with a mixer for 5-7 minutes.
step 2 out of 6
Next, add kefir, sifted wheat flour, soda and pre-melted butter to the egg-sugar mixture (leave some butter to grease the mold). We work with a mixer for a couple of minutes until a homogeneous dough is formed. It should be thick.
step 3 out of 6
Remove the zest from the thoroughly washed lemon, squeeze the juice. We send these components to the working container with the dough. We mix everything.
step 4 out of 6
Lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter. To make the cupcake look the same, wrap the parchment around the jar and place it in the center of the multicooker bowl. Next, put the finished dough there.
step 5 out of 6
We wash the strawberries. We spread the berries on top of the dough, pressing them slightly. We activate the "Baking" mode for 120 minutes.
step 6 out of 6
Sprinkle the finished and cooled lemon strawberry muffin with powdered sugar. You can help yourself!

Enjoy your tea!
