Chanterelles with pasta

Pasta with chanterelles is a very satisfying and aromatic dish that many will like. Of course, you can replace chanterelles with oyster mushrooms or champignons, but wild mushrooms give the paste a special taste and aroma that cannot be compared with anything.

First, boil the pasta in boiling salted water, following the instructions on the package. It is best to choose durum pasta as the real pasta should remain al dente.

Rinse and peel the chanterelles, cut the large mushrooms, and leave the small ones as they are.

Peel the onion and garlic, rinse and chop finely.
