Chanterelles with sour cream and cheese

Chanterelles are wonderful delicious mushrooms that have a large number of cooking methods. I suggest cooking chanterelles with sour cream and cheese. The dish can be eaten on its own or used as an addition to a side dish.

Peel the onions and rinse well under water, then cut into thin half rings or small cubes. Put a deep frying pan over medium heat and heat well, add a small amount of vegetable oil. Send the chopped onions to a preheated pan and fry until golden brown. Then add the paprika.

Sort out the chanterelles well, peel them and rinse them well in cold running water. Put the washed chanterelles in a sieve or colander and leave the excess liquid in the glass. Then place the prepared chanterelles in a skillet with the fried onions and cook for about 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Peel the garlic and rinse well under cold water, then pass it through a press or grate it on a fine grater and send it to the chanterelles. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well and cook for another 10-15 minutes over low heat.

In a small bowl, combine sour cream with wheat flour and mix thoroughly until smooth. Transfer the fried chanterelles to a baking dish, evenly distribute the cooked sour cream sauce. Place the form with chanterelles in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater. Carefully remove the hot baking dish from the oven and distribute the grated cheese evenly. Place the mold in the oven again for about 5 minutes.

Wash the parsley thoroughly and shake off excess moisture, chop the parsley with a sharp knife. Gently remove the finished dish from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
