Chanterelles in sour cream sauce

Chanterelles are wonderful mushrooms that don't take a long time to prepare before cooking. Today I want to share a recipe for an incredibly tasty dish - chanterelles in sour cream sauce. Chanterelles are juicy with a thick sauce pleasant in consistency.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
First of all, carefully sort out the chanterelles and rinse them well in cold running water several times. Put them in a strainer or colander and leave for a while to allow excess liquid to glass.
step 2 out of 6
Peel the onions and rinse well under cold running water, then cut into thin half rings.
step 3 out of 6
Put a deep frying pan over medium heat and heat well, pour in the required amount of vegetable oil. Send the chopped onions to a preheated pan and fry until translucent, stirring occasionally.
step 4 out of 6
Then lay out the prepared chanterelles and fry them until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Cook until all the mushroom juice has evaporated. This may take about 15-20 minutes.
step 5 out of 6
The next step is to add the required amount of sour cream and mix well. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well again and cook for another 10-15 minutes over low heat.
step 6 out of 6
Serve ready-made chanterelles in sour cream sauce with boiled young potatoes or pasta. Any side dish is suitable for chanterelles in sauce.

Bon Appetit!
