Fried chanterelles

Chanterelles are one of the brightest and most pleasing to the eye mushrooms, with them you can cook pies, add to soups, pickle and salt. However, chanterelles are good and unaccompanied, just fried in a pan.

Peel the onion and chop finely.

Sort the chanterelles, remove the debris, wash in several waters.

Send mushrooms and onions to a hot frying pan. Add salt and ground pepper. A lot of liquid will come out of the mushrooms, you need to wait until it all evaporates, fry, stirring.

Wash the parsley with dill, dry it from excess moisture. Finely chop the garlic and herbs.

When all the moisture has evaporated from the chanterelles during the frying process, pour in vegetable oil, fry the mushrooms until browning, remembering to stir.
