I propose to use a wonderful option for dinner and cook zucchini boats with minced meat and tomatoes. Squash boats are juicy and very tasty. Such a dish can be served at a festive celebration as a main hot dish.

Peel and chop onions and garlic. Preheat a skillet, brush with olive oil, then add vegetables. Fry a little. Add chopped zucchini and minced meat, stir and cook until the juice evaporates completely. Rinse the parsley, dry and chop finely. Add to skillet and stir. Season with salt and pepper, fry for a couple of minutes and remove from heat.
Wash the tomatoes thoroughly in cool water and cut into thin semicircles. Spread them evenly over the filling, add a little salt and pepper. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the boats at 180 degrees for about 20-30 minutes. Grate the mozzarella cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle the zucchini 5 minutes until tender.
