Zucchini boats with chicken

I recommend making boats from zucchini with chicken. The dish turns out to be quite satisfying and very tasty. Zucchini boats can easily be served on any festive table. The dish will perfectly fit into the atmosphere of the holiday and will decorate your celebration.

First of all, turn on the oven, setting the temperature to 180 degrees. Prepare all the ingredients you need for the chicken squash boats. Wash and dry the zucchini thoroughly. Trim the ends of the zucchini and cut in half lengthwise. Use a tablespoon to scoop out the pulp.

Season the prepared zucchini with salt and pepper.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper or brush with a little vegetable oil, and place the squash boats on it. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven and bake the zucchini for about 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse the chicken fillet thoroughly under running water, pat dry with paper towels. Finely chop the prepared chicken.

Heat the pan well, add a small amount of vegetable oil. Lay out the finely chopped chicken fillet, salt and add black pepper to taste. Stir. Fry the chicken a little, stirring occasionally. Then transfer the browned meat to a bowl.

Peel the onions, rinse and cut into thin half rings.

Put the prepared onions in the same pan in which the chicken was fried. Stir occasionally, fry until golden brown. Then finely chop the pulp that was removed from the zucchini and add to the fried onions, stir and cook until the juice that has been released completely evaporates.

Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, cut into small cubes and place in a small container.

Rinse parsley and basil under running water, shake off excess moisture and chop finely with a knife. Then place in a container with chopped tomatoes.

Send the cooled chicken fillet to a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Grate about 30 grams of hard cheese on a fine grater and add to a bowl.

Then add the required amount of mayonnaise to the bowl. Peel the garlic, rinse and pass through a press directly into the bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Then add the sautéed zucchini with onions. Season with pepper and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly.
