Boil pasta until half cooked. Wash the zucchini, dry on a kitchen towel. Cut the zucchini from the sides by 1 centimeter, cut the zucchini in half. With a spoon, remove the pulp from the zucchini, forming boats.

Sprinkle minced chicken in zucchini boats with parsley, put the fried vegetables on it.
