Many people know its useful and dietary properties, as well as a huge number of dishes that can be prepared using it. For example, stuffed zucchini baked in the oven. You can stuff zucchini with both meat and vegetables. In our recipe, we combined both, it turned out just great!

Rub the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it with zucchini. Put the zucchini in a baking dish, cover with foil and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. After the time has elapsed, open the oven, remove the foil and put the zucchini back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes so that the cheese on the zucchini is browned.
