This dish combines interesting presentation and great taste. Stuffed zucchini with cheese can be called an easy all-round appetizer that will be good as a separate dish and as a side dish for meat and chicken.

Wash the zucchini, cut in half. Remove the pulp from the halves with a teaspoon, leave the walls 0.5-1 cm thick. Visually, your workpieces should resemble boats. Fill a saucepan with water, put the zucchini blanks into it, cook until softened.

Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Peel the garlic and chop it. Wash the greens and chop finely with a knife. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese (curd cheese), grated cheese, chopped herbs, and garlic. Add salt and spices to taste here, beat in one egg. Mix all ingredients well.

Dry the zucchini boats. Grease a baking dish with sunflower oil, spread the zucchini halves in it, then fill the blanks with the prepared filling.
