Lamb kebab on the grill recipe

I would like to share a recipe for a real lamb kebab on the grill. The secret of a delicious dish is that the amount of minced lamb meat is twice the amount of onions. Appetizing lula kebabs are juicy and very tasty in combination with lavash and fresh herbs.

Wash the lamb pulp thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels. Prepare minced lamb meat in a way convenient for you. Better, of course, to cook minced meat. But if you are limited in time, cut the lamb into pieces and mince it using a large wire rack.

Rinse fat tail fat thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels. Also grind in a convenient way for you - with a knife or through a meat grinder. Peel the onions and chop with a sharp knife. Place the chopped ingredients in a bowl.

In a bowl, add salt, dry mint, dry basil and black pepper to the chopped ingredients. Mix the prepared minced meat thoroughly with your hands, and then beat. Tighten the container with minced meat with cling film and place in the refrigerator for about 30-40 minutes.

In the meantime, make a fire and let the coals burn well. Remove the minced meat from the refrigerator. Take some minced meat in your hands and start stringing it on a skewer. While wetting your hands in cold water, press the minced meat to the skewer, distribute evenly over the entire length of the skewer. Thus, form the rest of the kebabs.
