Turkey lula kebab on the grill

Lula kebab came to us from the Middle East, “kebab” is translated as “fried meat”. This dish is perfect for barbecue season and more. The best way to make a kebab is from a fillet chopped with a knife; in extreme cases, use minced meat.

Finely chop the turkey meat with a knife or pass through a meat grinder with a coarse wire rack.
