Lula kebab from fish on the grill

Lula kebab is a dish that can often be found in Arab countries. The dish is served with lots of fresh herbs and vegetables. While you can often find minced meat kebab, you will not find minced fish kebab always and everywhere. Let's cook grilled fish kebab today.

Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the fish kebab. Wash the chicken fillet and lard thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels.

Rinse the pike carcass, cut off the head and tail, cut lengthwise and remove the entrails, cut into fillets with a sharp knife, carefully remove the bones, rinse again, and then dry the fillets with paper towels.

Rinse cilantro greens thoroughly under running water, shake off excess moisture. Cut the chicken fillet and lard into pieces and mince together with the cilantro. To do this, use a shallow grate.

Peel the onions, rinse and cut into pieces. Replace the grate with a large one, cut the pike fillet into several pieces and pass through a meat grinder along with the onions.

Put all the chopped ingredients in a deep container, add salt, ground coriander and black ground pepper. Mix the prepared minced meat thoroughly with your hands, and then beat. Tighten the container with minced meat with cling film and make several holes, piercing the cling film with a toothpick. Place the minced meat in the refrigerator.

In the meantime, make a fire and let the coals burn well. Remove the minced meat from the refrigerator. Take some minced meat in your hands and start stringing it on a skewer. While wetting your hands in cold water, press the minced meat onto the skewer. Spread the minced meat evenly over the entire length of the skewer so that there are two sausages on one skewer. So form the rest of the kebab.
