Lula kebab on the grill of pork

Lula kebab is a delicious grilled dish and an excellent alternative to barbecue. It is prepared from meat with the addition of spices and onions. The traditional recipe uses lamb, but pork is fine as it is missing.

Rinse the pork under running water, pat dry with paper towels to remove excess liquid. Chop the meat finely with a knife or mince it.

Peel the onion, wash and chop. If the onion is sprouted, then chop the greens as well. Grind the green stems and onions in a blender.

Put the chopped onion into a bowl, add spices, salt and juice of half a lemon, mix and add the mass to the minced meat. Mix the minced meat thoroughly, it should turn out to be viscous and dense in order to stick well on the skewer. When the minced meat is thoroughly mixed, put it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

Remove the minced meat from the refrigerator, stick the minced meat on the skewers with wet hands, forming sausages 10-12 centimeters long. Place the skewers on the grill over well-burnt coals. Fry the kebab until golden brown, turn the skewers periodically. Serve hot lula kebab with fresh vegetables.
