Probably everyone has heard about the most popular meat dish of Caucasian cuisine - kebab on skewers, however, perhaps, not everyone has yet had time to try it. and very in vain, because lula kebab is prepared very simply and quickly, and the result is simply amazing: juicy, soft and aromatic meat that slides off the skewer right onto the plate.

In a food processor bowl, grind the beef into minced meat. Peel the onion. Rinse the greens and dry them on a paper towel. Cut the bacon into small pieces. Onions, herbs and lard are also sent to the harvester for the minced meat, chop everything.

Salt the prepared mince and add spices to taste. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon there. Mix everything thoroughly, form a ball from the minced meat and send it to the refrigerator for a while.

Take skewers and prepared minced meat. Firmly pressing the minced meat with your hands to the skewer, form a kebab. Fry the kebab on well-heated coals until a delicious golden brown crust is formed.
