Add dry ingredients in several steps to the whipped mass. Add the swollen dried cherries. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until smooth and homogeneous.
Fill the silicone molds with the prepared dough to 2/3 of the height, place in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. Bake muffins for about 20-25 minutes.
