Coconut flour muffins

I want to offer the most delicious and healthy, in my opinion, recipe for muffins made from coconut flour. Lovers of all coconut and PP desserts will definitely appreciate the result. Muffins have incredible aroma and delicate texture.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
Remove the frozen cherries from the refrigerator and place in a sieve to drain the excess juice. If using fresh cherries, rinse and dry thoroughly. And then use a special tool or a pin to remove the bones.
step 2 out of 9
Break the chicken eggs into a deep container. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until smooth and homogeneous.
step 3 out of 9
Then add the required amount of honey or any other natural sweetener. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until smooth.
step 4 out of 9
Measure out the required amount of coconut flour and sieve it through a sieve into a separate container. Add salt and baking soda, quenched with lemon juice. Mix thoroughly.
step 5 out of 9
Add dry ingredients in several steps to the beaten egg-honey mass. Mix thoroughly with a silicone spatula, mixer, blender, tablespoon or whisk until smooth.
step 6 out of 9
Grease metal molds with a small amount of coconut oil, fill 2/3 of the height with the prepared dough. Then place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake the muffins for about 15-20 minutes. Check the readiness of the fragrant muffins with a wooden skewer. It must be completely dry.
step 7 out of 9
After the time has elapsed, carefully so as not to burn your hands, remove the baking sheet with muffins from the oven.
step 8 out of 9
Cool the muffins a little, and then remove from the metal molds.
step 9 out of 9
Put ready-made coconut flour muffins on a dish and serve with aromatic tea or freshly brewed coffee.

Bon Appetit!
