Classic raisin muffins

I really like to be useful and often share my favorite homemade baking recipes. Today I propose to cook classic muffins with raisins. The cooking process is simple and quick. Even a novice cook can handle this wonderful recipe.

Place butter at room temperature in a deep bowl. Measure out half of the required amount of flour and sift it through a fine sieve to the butter. Then add the required amount of granulated sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. Rub the resulting mass well with a silicone spatula.

Gradually introduce chicken eggs. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until smooth and homogeneous. You can also use a whisk or hand blender. Sort out the raisins from the garbage. Rinse it thoroughly under running water, and leave it for a while to allow excess moisture in the glass. Then pour into the dough.

Sift the remaining amount of wheat flour through a sieve into the resulting dough.

Then add baking powder.
