I want to share another delicious recipe for mouth-watering snack muffins with chicken breast and cheese. Muffins are obtained with a delicate airy texture and an excellent combination of filling. Muffins are great for a family breakfast.

First of all, thoroughly rinse the chicken breast under cold water, put in a saucepan, cover with water, salt and put on medium heat, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and cook covered, periodically skimming off the resulting foam, for 20-25 minutes. Pour the required amount of milk into a deep bowl and break the chicken eggs. Mix thoroughly.

Pour vegetable oil into the liquid ingredients. Add salt, black pepper and chicken seasoning. Measure out the required amount of wheat flour and sift it through a fine sieve along with baking powder into a separate container. Mix thoroughly and gradually add to the resulting liquid mass. Mix the dough well until smooth.
