Muffins are most often found as a dessert with a wide variety of toppings. But I want to suggest a recipe for snack muffins with cheese and sausage on kefir. The baked goods are tender and satisfying. A great option for a delicious breakfast or a hearty snack.

Cut the sausage and hard cheese into small cubes. You can choose any sausage or take several types.

Weigh the required amount of wheat flour and sift it through a fine sieve into a separate deep container with baking powder. Mix thoroughly and gradually add to the resulting mass. Mix well.
