I want to share a simple and quick recipe for delicious muffins with cheese and chicken. A juicy appetizer turns out to be tender with a pleasant texture. Flavored muffins can be served hot or cold. A great option for a quick and tasty snack.

Cut the boiled chicken fillet into small cubes and place in a deep container. If you do not have boiled chicken meat, then take raw fillet. Rinse it thoroughly under cold water, put in a saucepan, cover with water and put on medium heat, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and cook covered, periodically skimming off the resulting foam, for 20-25 minutes.
Rinse your favorite greens well under water and shake off excess moisture, chop finely and send to the chicken container. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add to the rest of the ingredients. Pour in the required amount of kefir. Add chicken eggs, mayonnaise, salt and ground black pepper. Sift the flour through a fine sieve.
