Frozen Cherry Muffins

Cherry-stuffed muffins are delicious! Cherries can be used both fresh and frozen. This does not spoil the taste at all. The biscuit turns out to be very airy and appetizing, and juicy cherries will add a special zest to a simple dish!

We heat the butter in a water bath.

Mix eggs with granulated sugar and beat with a mixer.

Sift the flour through a strainer and combine with a baking powder. Add eggs, ghee, milk, a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar. Mix everything thoroughly so that the dough is one homogeneous.

Pre-defrost the cherries and rinse. If a cherry with a pit is removed with a pin or a straw.

We take muffins and grease them with vegetable oil. We fill the mold with 1 tbsp. test. Put 2-3 cherries on top and close again with 1 - 1.5 tbsp. The mold must be filled 2/3 full.

We put muffin tins in a preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. at a temperature of 200 degrees.
