The process of preparing a hearty lunch takes no more than 30 minutes, and thanks to the abundance of recipes, pasta always tastes different. The palatability depends on the shape of the pasta. For example, I don’t like to “translate” spaghetti into this dish - but it all depends on personal preference. Now I will present to your attention 3 of the most popular and completely different cooking recipes, distinguished by their simplicity and good taste.

Today, this dish is presented in a variety of culinary recipes, but we love the classic, proven way of getting delicious and very satisfying food. It is the traditional cooking that has preserved its special sophistication and unique taste.

Ingredients:

  • Minced meat 500 gr.
  • Noodles 250 gr.

  • Olive or vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
  • Tomato paste 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper (peas).
  • Dried basil.

Cooking process:

  1. Cut the onion into small cubes, and the garlic into thin slices. Three peeled carrots on a grater.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, spread onion and garlic mixture. Stir and fry for 5 minutes.
  3. We send the carrots to simmer to the onions and simmer for another 5-10 minutes.

This recipe appeared in my notebook quite recently, and at first I was a little skeptical about it, but after the first tasting my opinion changed, and the recipe for macaroni with minced meat and cheese became my favorite. Cooking requires a simple set of products and about 30 minutes of free time.

Ingredients:

  • Minced pork 300 gr.
  • Onions 1 pc.
  • Garlic 1 clove.
  • Tomato paste 2 tablespoons
  • Pasta 300-400 gr.
  • Hard cheese 50-80 gr.
  • Greens
  • Sunflower oil.
  • Salt and spices.

Cooking process:

  1. It is worth taking care of the water for cooking pasta in advance. To do this, we send water to the stove and bring it to a boil.
  2. Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and peel the garlic. Finely set it on plates and send it to the pan and fry until golden brown. We only need its smell, which will "decorate" the dish, therefore, after cooking, remove the fried pieces.
  3. We peel the onion, chop finely and send it to the pan, fry until transparent. It is important that it does not burn, therefore you need to constantly stir or make a minimum fire and simmer the vegetable for a long time.
  4. Add tomato paste to the finished onion, mix thoroughly and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Put the minced meat in the pan, carefully combine it with the onion and try to break it so that there are no lumps. Add salt.
  6. At this point, the water for boiling pasta has boiled and it's time to start cooking them. Pour the required amount into a saucepan and stir thoroughly. To prevent the products from sticking to the bottom. Cook under a closed lid over low heat for 8-10 minutes, depending on the variety.
  7. We put the finished pasta in a colander, rinse it under running water and send it to the pan.
  8. Mix the dish thoroughly and bring it to full readiness - it will take no more than 7-8 minutes.
  9. On a fine grater, three cheese and sprinkle it on the finished dish. Turn off the stove and cover the pan with a lid. The cheese will melt when exposed to temperature. We lay finely chopped greens.

I spoil my men with this dish - my father, husband and adult son are just delighted. The taste of these pasta always turns out to be bright and rich. The dish has a high nutritional value and calorie content, therefore it is not recommended to abuse it.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet 1 pc.
  • Pasta 100 gr.
  • Bell pepper 1 pc.
  • Garlic 4 teeth.
  • Fresh ginger (root) 2-3 cm.
  • Soy sauce 25 ml.
  • Vegetable oil.
  • Salt.

Cooking process:

  1. I like homemade minced meat more, so I never buy minced meat. I grind the purchased chilled fillet in a large blender bowl at full power.
  2. Rub the garlic and ginger root on a fine grater and send the resulting gruel to a blender for the minced chicken. I pour in the soy sauce. I carefully combine the resulting composition by turning on the blender for a few seconds.
  3. I heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat on it until cooked.
  4. I boil pasta in a saucepan according to the instructions described on their packaging. For this dish, they need to be half cooked.
  5. I cleanse the seeds and cut the bell pepper into small cubes, send it to the minced meat.

Cooking process:

  1. First of all, boil water, add a pinch of salt and 450 grams of pasta. Cook over low heat, no more than 8 minutes, so that the pasta does not turn into porridge.
  2. While the pasta is boiling, prepare the filling for baking. Take one medium-sized onion. We clean it and cut it into small pieces.
  3. Three pre-peeled fresh carrots on a fine grater, since coarsely grated carrots will not give the desired taste to the finished dish.
  4. Put the minced meat on a preheated frying pan. Fry for 7 minutes, then add the previously chopped onion, fry for another 8 minutes. As soon as the onion has got a golden hue, which is about 8 minutes, you need to add the carrots. Stir with a spatula and fry for another 9 minutes.
  5. Let's start making the pasta sauce. For this we need: mayonnaise, a little salt, ground pepper, spices, tomato sauce or pasta and sour cream, or yogurt.
  6. All the ingredients listed in the sixth step are mixed in a bowl until a uniform mass is formed. This will be the finished pasta sauce.
  7. Transfer the finished pasta to a baking dish. You should choose deep dishes. Initially, we lay out one layer of pasta, put part of the minced meat on it, then again the pasta and minced meat. Pour the prepared sauce on top and send it to the oven for 25 minutes.
