With great desire I want to share my favorite recipe for a festive bright salad. Malachite salad with chicken and kiwi turns out to be incredibly tasty, fresh and light. Will be a decoration for any festive celebration. Cook and you won't regret it!

Wash the chicken fillet, put in a deep saucepan and cover with cold water, salt. Put on fire and bring to a boil, remove the resulting foam with a slotted spoon. Reduce heat and cook chicken fillet, covered, for 20 minutes. Carefully remove the cooked meat from the broth, cut into pieces to cool faster.

Disassemble the chicken fillet into fibers. Prepare the dish on which you will collect the salad. Place a glass in the center. Place the chicken fillet around the glass. Season with salt and coat with mayonnaise.
