Raspberries without sugar and without cooking for the winter

In this recipe, you are provided with another way to prepare raspberries for the winter without sugar and without cooking, in order to preserve the taste and useful properties of this berry as much as possible. Most often, raspberries are frozen or sterilized in jars. Here we can mix mashed and raw berries without adding sugar, because there are people for whom jam with sugar is contraindicated. To obtain a high-quality harvest, you need pure garden raspberries and sterile jars.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Remove the sepals from freshly picked garden raspberries and remove damaged specimens.
step 2 out of 6
Blanch half of the berries in a colander, dipping them in boiling water for 1 minute, and let the water drain.
step 3 out of 6
Then transfer them to a cooking vessel and, stirring with a spoon to mash the berries, bring to a boil, just do not boil.
step 4 out of 6
In jars sterilized in advance by the dry method, lay out whole fresh berries, stacking them not very tightly.
