Raspberries without cooking with sugar as fresh for the winter

The easiest and healthiest way to prepare raspberries for the winter is to make so-called "raw" jam. Fresh berries are ground with sugar and packed in jars. The berry mass fully retains its natural aroma and maximum vitamins. You can store such a delicacy only in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
We sort out raspberries from debris, remove defective specimens, cut off the stalks. We rinse in running water, sprinkle on a towel in order to remove moisture after rinsing.
step 2 out of 4
We place the prepared berries in a bowl and go through them with a crush. It is not necessary to achieve complete uniformity. If there are no crushed fruits left, the texture of the jam will be even more interesting.
step 3 out of 4
Add sugar to the berry puree, mix and leave the mixture for six hours at room temperature so that the sugar can dissolve. During this time, periodically mix the mass.
step 4 out of 4
We sterilize jars and lids in any convenient way. We lay out the raspberries in dry sterile jars and tighten them with dry sterile lids. We put it in the refrigerator for storage.
Bon Appetit!
