Raspberries grated in a blender with sugar without cooking for the winter

Raw raspberry jam is delicious. The berries in this form retain their natural taste and natural aroma. We do not regret sugar to keep the workpiece well. It acts not only as a sweetener, but also as a reliable preservative.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
We carefully sort out raspberries: we must remove random garbage, remove defective specimens with rotten and strong dirt. If the berries are clean, then we leave them as they are and not wash them. If contamination is visually noticeable, then place the raspberries in portions in a colander and quickly rinse with cool water. Immediately after rinsing, sprinkle them on a towel and let dry.
step 2 out of 6
Place the prepared raspberries in a deep container. Add sugar to the berries and mix well. Add sugar and stir in portions - it's more convenient this way.
step 3 out of 6
Grind raspberries with sugar with an immersion blender. From time to time we give the device “rest”, as it can overheat during grinding. We achieve a uniform consistency of raspberry puree and dissolve the sugar grains. If, after grinding, the sugar has not completely dissolved, let the mass stand for a while so that all the sugar crystals disperse.
step 4 out of 6
The next step is optional. This is rubbing the finished raspberry mass through a sieve. If you wipe the mass, then at the exit we get an absolutely smooth puree without small bones, someone likes this option. If you do not wipe the workpiece and leave it as it is, the "jam" will have a natural texture, with seeds.
step 5 out of 6
The jars and lids are thoroughly washed and then sterilized in any way possible. Let the container dry completely. Pour the raspberry mass with sugar into prepared dry jars and close with dry lids.
step 6 out of 6
We put the jars in a cool cellar or refrigerator for storage.
Bon Appetit!
