Raspberries are pounded with a blender, mixed with sugar, laid out in containers and sent to the freezer. It turns out a very tasty and healthy preparation that can be added to tea or cooked with compote.

First, we sort out the raspberries. We remove all rotten berries, debris, leaves, and also separate the stalks.

We transfer the raspberries to a colander or sieve and rinse them well under running water. Then we let it stand for a while so that all the excess liquid is glass.

We send the raspberries to the blender bowl and grind them until a homogeneous puree is obtained.
