Raspberry with honey for the winter

Such a preparation is not just a delicious dessert, but also a healthy natural product that will come in handy in the autumn-winter season. In order for the delicacy to have a delicate, delicate texture, we pre-grind the raspberries in any available way, and then wipe them through a sieve. After mixing such a smooth puree with honey, the treat is ready. Store only in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We carefully sort out raspberries, remove rotten specimens, bugs and random debris. Place the berries in a sieve in portions and rinse with cool water. We try to rinse quickly so that the delicate berry does not absorb a lot of moisture - this will make the final raspberry puree more watery. Sprinkle the washed raspberries on a towel to absorb excess moisture.
step 2 out of 5
Grind the dried raspberries in any available way. You can use a submersible or stationary blender for this, a meat grinder with the finest grid, a kitchen chopper.
step 3 out of 5
Rub the resulting raspberry puree through a sieve to get rid of small seeds and get a perfect smooth puree.
step 4 out of 5
Add honey to the mashed potatoes. Mix everything together with a spatula. It will take a long time to stir, since honey does not immediately dissolve in the mass. We achieve complete homogeneity.
step 5 out of 5
For storage, you can use both standard glass jars and plastic containers. Thoroughly wash the containers, pour over boiling water and let dry completely. Pour the prepared raspberry puree from honey into the prepared container and close it tightly with dry clean lids. We store such a blank in the refrigerator.
Bon Appetit!
