With this simple and quick way of harvesting raspberries for the winter, the berry retains its aroma and beneficial properties for a long time. Raspberries are chosen ripe, clean and undamaged (it is not recommended to wash them before harvesting), and a garden berry or remontant meets these requirements. Grind raspberries in any way. The ratio of berries and sugar is determined by the shelf life of raspberries in the refrigerator: when stored for up to 3 months - 1: 1, up to 6 months - 1: 1.5, more than 6 months - 1: 2.

After 8 hours, the raspberry jam will be ready. Dry sterilize containers and lids for the workpiece. Usually, small glass jars or plastic dishes are used for this. Pack the prepared jam in jars. You can pour a tablespoon of sugar on top of the jam, which will be a kind of cork. Then close the jars tightly with lids and immediately store them in the refrigerator.
